Built up by two successful Directors, this Agency is an industry-leading boutique-style franchise brand located in the Inner West
 
The Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a Property Manager to step up to a Leadership role with this close-knit Property Management team, where you will oversee and steer the duties of a Property Officer/Leasing Exec and an Accounts / Marketing Coordinator
 
Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential properties 
• Conduct routine / outgoing inspections 
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Oversee rental increases and lease renewals
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager 
• Certificate of Registration or Licence
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
