The Company Operating for over 30 years, our client is a mid-sized independent Strata Management company with a strong track-record of success (90%+ schemes have been with the business for over 15 years).

Duties
Taking over a Directors portfolio, this role will see you autonomously managing a portfolio of schemes whilst being supported by an Insurance Manager and a Compliance Manager. Your duties will include:
- Day to day management of circa 45 small buildings / approx 500 lots (mainly in the East)
- Liaising with owners / stakeholders
- Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Chairing meetings and actioning items
- Client service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)
Specific requirements - A demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a strata portfolio
- A current Strata Certificate / License
- Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
