  • $90,000 - $110,000 Packages

  • Residential x 3 and 1 x Mixed Use / BMC
  • All are ASAP starts
Our Client:

Offering services across Residential Building Management, Concierge, Defect Management, Cleaning, Landscaping as well as Commercial Facilities, our client is a wholly Australian-owned business that has been operating successfully for 15+ years.
 
Roles Available 

1. Senior Building Manager - Merrylands

    • Role: Site is a Build to Rent (BTR) role. Varies from a traditional BM role as you only have 1 client – the developer, and there is no communication with residents
    • Role is primarily focused on managing the assets, compliance and defects
    • Oversee a Junior BM/Assistant
    • Experience: 4+ years
    • Salary Guide: $100k-$110k package
  2. Building Manager - Rhodes
    • Role: Managing a mixed-use building. Approx 230 residential lots, 10 commercial lots
    • Needing a very good communicator and proactive personality
    • Must have BMC experience
    • Experience: 3+ years experience.
    • Salary Guide: $100k package
  3. Building Manager - Rouse Hill
    • Role: Managing 1 new residential Strata Plan
    • Building has been set-up and is currently going through defects period
    • Experience managing defects
    • Experience: 3+ years of residential building management experience
    • Salary: $100k package
  4. Building Manager - Liverpool
    • Role: Straight forward residential building, roughly 185 lots.
    • Experience: 2+ years of residential building management experience
    • Salary: $95k package
