The Role
 
Lead the next phase of growth by becoming the driver of business development and pave a way through the market for YOU and this agency to grow. Becoming a Business Development Manager, you will maintain contact with prospects and clients providing the best possible service by assisting with their property plans and supporting the Property Management team in Leasing activities.
 
Your Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proactively search for new opportunities
  • Reach out to new and past clients to assist in their property plans
  • Present agency services to clients and win business.
  • Manage relationships with prospects and clients through consistent communication
  • Engage with potential tenants on weekends with Open for Inspections
  • Assist the Property Management team in the Leasing process and routine inspections
