After Placement Care

    A lot of complaints that we hear (from clients who use other recruiters) is caused by what we call the ‘set and forget’ mentality. As we are interested in long term relationships and our reputation is reliant on successful placements, we have a solid Post Placement Quality Care programme. All of our candidates come with a guarantee and we commit ourselves to following them through to the successful completion of their probation period. We do this by calling both the candidate and our clients on the business day before they commence, during the first week of their employment and then at the end of their 1st, 2nd and 3rd months. We act as a business coach to ensure that the induction is smooth and of course we are available outside these times for additional advice and consultancy.
